The DawatNama platform, including its design, templates, and technology, is owned by Tayyab Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Paid Plans and Refunds

DawatNama offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are subject to the following terms:

• • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time
• • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers

DawatNama is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tayyab Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use DawatNama.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
